Sara Gallagher is a project manager in Tulsa, OK with expertise in strategy portfolio management, performance improvement, organizational change, business analysis, strategic planning, and contemporary marketing/engagement approaches. She has worked in public relations for a U.S. Congressman, contributed to the success of local media outlets in her role as an Account Executive, and served on Boards committed to the economic development of the state, including the Board of Examiners for the Oklahoma Quality Award.
